Leaders and members of LGBTQ affirming congregations throughout eastern Iowa are encouraged to attend this workshop on providing "safe and inclusive sacred spaces." "Join us for a time of learning, sharing and discussing practical steps for welcoming all people as beloved children of God," write event organizers. Co-sponsored by the Presbytery of East Iowa and the Presbytery of Great Rivers. Registration is $20, or $15 for attendees from churches registering three or more people.
