Come hear Ike Rayford, president of the Sioux City NAACP, for this annual event. Rayford has led numerous businesses and been part of many nonprofits, and earned respect when  investigating allegations of discrimination while serving as an AmeriCorp VISTA with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission at the Siouxland Human Rights Commission.  Social hour and a vendor fair begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and Rayford's presentation at 7 p.m. Purchase tickets here no later than Sept. 18.
