This fourth annual event features a 10-mile route with three rest stops. You're welcome to participate as an individual or as a team, and can take on just part of the route if desired. "All are welcome, and all will be transported if they decide they have completed their participation," writes organizer Tim Kee. Participation is free; the Golden Rainbows Illinois South will host a reception afterwards at the Hickory Lodge, 1115 W. Sycamore St., Carbondale.
