Key instructions about the form below:
• When loading event start time, be sure to note whether it is a.m. or p.m.
• If you upload an image, you’ll be required to provide alt text. For this, simply describe the image or include your event name! We’ll handle the rest prior to publication. If you choose not to upload an image, we will pull one for you.
• If you’re unable to find or add the event location, just put it in the description, and we’ll ensure your location is properly set.
• After your event is submitted, a green message will appear at the TOP of the form that reads “Event Draft Saved!” All details you’ve submitted will be confirmed prior to publication. You’ll be contacted with any questions.
• ALL submitted events with key info provided are published online and considered for print publication. All submissions also are edited prior to publication to ensure key links are provided, and also are screened prior to publication for expressions of hate or discrimination, which are prohibited.

Reminder: once you click “Submit,” you’ll receive a green message at the top of this page that says “Event Draft Saved.” You’ll also be presented with a fresh new form.
