Cook

Prepare and cook on a quantity scale basis for individuals and staff, prepare assigned meal sections, and follow policies and procedues in preparation and inspection of kitchen. Ensure kitchen is equipped with needed supplies and food. Clean equipment and work area to ensure sanitation and safety.
