Pride 5K: Walk, Run & Roll • Moline IL • June 15

This third annual event is a great chance to enjoy healthy fun while helping to raise money for The Project of the Quad Cities, which provides health and behavioral health services throughout the Quad Cities and in 20 other counties along the Iowa/Illinois border. Choose from the 5K route, or the 1-mile trek -- and you can run, walk or roll in an assistive device or bicycle. Early-bird registration is $15 to $30 until April 24; sign up here.
